Cancellation Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

No Refunds or Replacements: We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders that are in transit or have already been delivered.

Return Policy:

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Process: 

1. Contact Customer Service: Provide your order number, date of delivery, and supporting images or videos.

2. Return with Delivery Person: Return the item to the delivery person with a note on the delivery challan.

3. Include Required Documentation: Ensure the returned item is accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and return authorization number.

Return Conditions: Items must be unopened, saleable, and in their original condition.

Return Costs: Return postage and charges will not be refunded.

No Refunds for Opened or Used Products: We cannot offer refunds for opened or used products.

Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 weeks for your refund to be processed.
