Please note that free shipping is only available during specific promotional campaigns or special offers, as mentioned at the time of purchase.

Shipping Guidelines:

A complete postal address, including the pin code, email ID, and contact number, is essential for smooth delivery. Kindly ensure your pin code and contact number are accurate before finalizing your order.

If the item is in stock, we will pack and dispatch it within 3 working days. 

For items not in stock, we will produce them and dispatch your order within 10 working days. In such cases, we will keep you updated.

Our courier partners deliver between Monday to Saturday, from 9 AM to 7 PM. Public holidays and Sundays are excluded from working days. Delivery times may be impacted by factors outside our control, such as courier delays due to weather or strikes.

Once your package is dispatched, we will send your order tracking details via email.
