Out of Stock Situations: We aim to keep products in stock, but if an item is unavailable, we will contact you within four business days to offer alternatives or allow you to delay or cancel the order.

Shipment of Products: Orders are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses across India. We aim to deliver within 7-10 days after receiving payment. Deliveries are typically made between 9 AM and 7 PM, Monday to Saturday. A signature may be required upon delivery. Achaari Brothers is not responsible for incorrect addresses or damage after delivery.

If delivery fails for reasons such as wrong addresses or recipient unavailability, a second attempt may be made, subject to additional charges. If these charges are not accepted, the order may be canceled, and a refund issued minus delivery costs.

Delivery Charges: Shipping and handling fees vary based on product specifications and will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Product Returns: Once accepted as accurate, no refunds or exchanges are allowed. For damaged, expired, or incorrect products, return them to the delivery person and contact customer service with your order number. Items must be in original condition, unopened, and returned with the receipt.
